Some time ago, I (or perhaps one of my colleagues) set up a flow to send a message any time an email hit a particular inbox. Now, I need to make some changes to that flow.

PA has maybe the worst organisation of any professional software I've ever used, so finding this flow among the literally hundreds of flows I've got is proving difficult, especially as it might not even be here, perhaps set up by someone else, or maybe in a different environment.

There surely must be some tracking information attached to each message, otherwise it would be trivial to spam the entire organisation with messages from the Flow Bot with zero repercussions. But where? How can I find this tracking info? There must be some way to find which flow is sending messages with the Flow Bot.
