I just launched PAD, and there are no flows in "My Flows". Does anyone know where are the flows stored? Is there a way to restore them?
Looks like this is because I moved the files on OneDrive to another folder. Is there a way to restore the flows? I have the files but I can't find a way to open them.
I had the same experience... I was prompted to update my Power Automate Desktop app (which I've done before), and now all my flows are gone!
Oh wait... I just figured it out... I had to change my region back to Government GCC and then all my flows show up.

Another way is to go through cloud. You can open https://make.powerautomate.com/ and then click on My flows which is on left side, there under Desktop flows tab you will find all your desktop flows.
