Power Apps/Power Automate Deep Linking Issue w/ Outlook

Good afternoon,
I've got a power automate workflow that sends a deep link utilizing parameters (from a power app). Recently, this has not worked properly. When a user clicks the link provided in the Outlook email, it takes them to the app, but the specific item being referenced does not load. It remains stuck on a spinning circle with a message saying loading data, but it never populates. I've tried several different configurations and workarounds, but it's always the same result. Sometimes, users can refresh the page and it will load - but most often, it does not.
I have been using a variable for the item link utilizing dynamic content from the workflow builder:
Then, I'll add the variable chip in the email for the user to click.
Please advise.
Cheers,
JW

    Hi,

You should handle the parameter variable passed in the Power App URL within the OnVisible function of the start screen. I noticed the same behavior when I tried managing the parameter variable using App.OnStart in a Canvas App
