Action missing - Run script from SharePoint library

I have a flow that runs Office Scripts in an Excel worksheet. When the scripts are stored in my OneDrive, this works flawlessly.
However, if I want to run scripts stored in Sharepoint, I cannot find the action that I need to use. I want to use the action described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/nb-no/connectors/excelonlinebusiness/#run-script-from-sharepoint-library

My Excel Online (Business) connector does not seem to have the described action. If I search for the action in Power Automate, I don't find it either.

The only reason I can think of is that maybe this isn't rolled out to Education tenants, but it seems like a strange explanation. I don't see why this specific action would be missing from EDU tenants.
The licenses on my account that are relevant to this are Microsoft 365 A3 for Faculty and Power Automate Premium. I don't think it is a licensing issue either.

This is not an global issue or interim issue, I could able to see the action in the Power Automate (PFB)

It might be due to your organization tenant administrator might have disabled it for the security reasons.

I have gone over the Policies for M365 Apps in Intune and made sure anything related to Office Scripts and automation was enabled. There does not seem to be any settings currently reducing functionalities for Office Scripts or Power Automate. I have also double-checked our Conditional Access policies, even if I already knew we don't have these kind of restrictions active in CA. That's what Intune policies are for.

I have not found any settings anywhere that could enable Office Scripts run from OneDrive, while simultaneously blocking Office Scripts that are run from Sharepoint. This does not seem to be caused by company policies as far as I can see.
Is there a chance that this action is not rolled out to Education tenants?
