Creating a PDF from an email and uploading it to Sharepoint

Hi! My team currently saves our automated Blackbaud emails as PDFs and I was hoping I could streamline that process with Power Automate. Ideally, we want the trigger to be an email received in a shared mailbox and then have it saved as a PDF in Sharepoint. We want the file name to be [Date] [Specific part of email subject] [Specific part of email body]. The email subject would contain one of four acronyms and the part of the email body that we want to save is preceded by the word "Name", which won't show up anywhere else in the email.

Can you help me build this flow? I'm a newbie and I'm struggling!

This is a common scenario and you don’t need to start from scratch.
These resources walk through email → PDF → SharePoint step by step and work well for beginners:

    • Convert Outlook email to PDF (video)
    • Save email as PDF to SharePoint (article)
    • Shared mailbox triggers in Power Automate

Once you’re comfortable with these, you can extend the flow to customize the file name (date, acronym, name from body).
