I have a power automate scheduled flow which run each day, which loop through a SharePoint custom list items and send emails to external users for each item. now the service account which the flow is running under has these licenses :-

so are those licenses sufficient for the service account? and will the service account be able to send around 50-100 emails per run?

Thanks

No its not.  Exchange Plan 1" & "Microsoft Power Automate Free won't give the account access to SharePoint so there will be no way for it to read the SharePoint custom list.

@Pstork1 thanks but i am able to read the list items from SharePoint and send emails, can you advice more please?

second question, what is the best license for my case then?

    Thanks

Then you have a SharePoint license for your account somewhere. That one won't show up in the licenses listed in Power Apps or Flow. But if you don't have it then you won't be able to read the list.  For your service account an F1 or E1 is probably the least expensive choice.

@Pstork1 thanks so what is better E1 or F1 and what are the main differences between them? Thanks

F1 is cheaper, but your organization may not buy those licenses.  So then the next cheapest would be E1. Here's an article that compares the two. Office 365 F1 vs E1 Plans Compared — LazyAdmin
