Flow Intermittently Fails to Get Submission Time from Form

Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to power automate and I'm having an issue that I am pretty confused about and was hoping someone here could help me figure out what is happening.  I have a flow that gets responses from a form, converts the time zone, and then sends an email.  I am getting a randomly occurring error at the time zone conversion step where it says the submission time from the form is null.  When I look at the responses directly in the form, it has the submission time.  Does this mean that it is randomly not passing the submission time (or possibly all the data)? If so, what could be causing this and how could I fix it?  Any assistance you all could provide would be greatly appreciated.  Screen cap of the error message is below.  Thanks in advance!Flow Error Capture.JPG

I don't see the exact body of the error message? Can you expand the Convert_Time_Zone action and show me?

Also, please checl the article here - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Action-Convert-time-zone-failed/td-p/605222

Hi and thank you for responding.  The convert time zone box looks like this:

Error details from inside the Convert Time Zone card.Error details from inside the Convert Time Zone card.

For the other link you provided, if I'm reading it correctly, it didn't look like the same problem I'm having.  That person's problem was happening every time and was due to a broken link to getting the response details.  My flow, including this convert time zone step, is working most of the time and just occasionally getting this time zone step error.  There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why it fails when it does.
