Flow Desktop Local scope ?

Is there setting to restrict Flow to local scope ?

I need to schedule printing 1000 inter-linked SharePoint documents during off-work hours:

  1. Computer always on premise; no WFH
  2. Printer location next to computer
  3. No external URLs; all SharePoint 
  4. App list
    1. Edge 
    2. Visio 
    3. Office 365 Apps
    4. Adobe

Major risk doing above during office hours is printouts are not sequenced same as submit. 

Since IT restrict use of Flow DeskTop citing security risk , I am looking for suggestions to contain risk.

    Hi, PAD flow does not have any risk to automate this task with Power Automate Desktop.

    I would appreciate where to find Microsoft statement to support no security risk other than local machine. IT cited security risk for some good reason and I like to know if there is some way to harden Flow Desktop as response. Thanks!
