I’m looking to automate a customer onboarding process using Power Automate Cloud Flows. Currently, I’m using Zapier, but its pricing model has become too costly.
The process, while labeled as "HR onboarding," consists of three distinct, non-sequential triggers, each with corresponding actions:
My question is:
Would I need three separate premium licenses for each process, or can all these flows be contained within a single solution, requiring only one premium license? All automation will be cloud-based, with no need for Desktop Flows.
Please note the daily actions would be within the limit if contained within one process license.
