Best way to convert emails to .eml then automatically store on network or local folder?

I'm looking for a way to select a mailbox, have all incoming emails to that mailbox be converted to .eml, then have those .eml files stored on a network folder [or even locally if possible.] I'm at 'when a New email arrives (V3)' step, but not sure how to convert and redirect to folder. Any suggestions?

    (1) There is an Export Email action that you can use to export the email as an .eml file before saving, for example to SharePoint (see : Solved: Sharepoint Create File - Empty file)
     

     

     (2) I think you will need to Install the on-premises gateway to be able to save files to your local hard drive or network folder:

    The installation and configuration is reasonably well explained here: Install an on-premises data gateway | Microsoft Learn

    I've also attached a PDF which I used previously to install and configure the gateway.
