AI Builder won't read the invoice

Hello,

I wanna read the invoice throw the AI Builder. I have 3 kinds of invoices i every time get a error:

We have other Invoices that are coming throw, so i made a new flow to read the invoice separately but i still get the same code.

Hallo@PatrickAxFlowDC - thanks for the question!

Let's try two things.

1. If you go the AI Builder homepage: https://aka.ms/tryaibuilder select the option to Extract information from invoices, and try to upload your three invoices. Are you seeing the data extracted? Or do you get an error?

2. Try building the flow this following way. Make sure you have activated the options highlighted below in the Outlook trigger, and add a condition to filter out any email signature so it's not processed by the AI Builder model.

I already did option 1. It reads the invoices but when i make the flow i get the same error. But i see the date extracted.

Option 2 i also did, but which condition i need to apply? Bijlagen .... because it's getting everytime at the false side and there nothing happens. And when i apply the AI Builder on the false side i get the same error.

Good morning!

Apologies, I should have mentioned that in the condition you should put the Bijlagen is online output.

Also, to test it, are you sending new emails every time? Or you are testing with previous runs? Testing with previous runs can cause the error. The test it, we recommend that you send new emails every time.

This solution also didn't work. I'm still getting the same error:

Arg, will find a solution sooner or later. 🙂 How are you testing the flow? Are you each time sending a new email to test the flow? Or using previous flow runs?

Let's try the following 🧐:

1. Create a new flow using this template: https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/23dc1ab1bef44657803a92ed68108b0d/use-form-processing-model-to-extract-data-from-email-attachments/

2. Once the flow is created, remove the form processing action:

3. Replace it by the one to extract data from invoice

4. Save and test the flow. Does the flow run successfully, or it fails also?

I think i found a way. I have made a new ai builder model but not with the not with the structured document but unstructured document. Then i tagged only the things i really wanted to find and applied it in a new flow. I'm still testing it but it is looking good.

The invoices were in both languages, but i made it work now. I have made an AI and used "unstructured and free form documents" and if there is a invoice it won't read correctly i apply it on the AI and next time it comes throw it works.
