Missing flows in My Flows

I've encountered an issue where newly saved flows are no longer present in My Flows.

A flow may have been saved multiple times and will show as such in the My Flows panel during a session, however upon closing and restarting Power Automate Desktop there will no longer be any sign of it.

The associated data and .meta files will be present in OneDrive however they aren't being recognized for some reason.

Is there a cap on the maximum number of flows that I may not be aware of, as I'm currently at 99?

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Re: Missing flows in My Flows

Having deleted a number of flows in batches, what I've found is that there is indeed a limit of 99 flows on my installation of PAD.

Each time I delete a flow, one of those that I considered 'missing' appears in it's place.

Although I'm sure there's some logic behind the order in which they reappear, I don't have visibility into what that may be.  And so far, from a user's perspective, it seems pretty random...sometimes they're older, sometimes recent, not ordered alphabetically, or by size.  My hunch is that it's based on the id tags under which each file is stored, for what it's worth.

So, not so much solved as 'worked around', and at least I've been able to recover and backup those flows that I thought were unsalvageable.

@VishnuReddy1997 , @Deenuji  Thank you once more for your input with this, sometimes just talking through the problem presents a solution, as it did here 🙂
