How to open an excel file from SP with Power Automate Desktop or download file

I'm trying to open an Excel file (extension .xlsx) with Power Automate desktop that is in SharePoint or, failing that, download it and then open it with Launch Excel, but I can't do it. How can I do it? Thanks for the help.
