When a keywords are mentioned MAXIMUM (5) error

Hi! I'm currently planning to create an assistant semi-bot using power automate. Basically our team commands it using our groupchat in MS teams. However after creating 5 flows, I get this error saying that 5 is the maximum. I'm just not quite sure if this is the maximum or what.

Can anyone help me? I do have plans with creating a lot that will help our team do things with the help of just sending a message in microsoft teams group chat.

This is the error.

    Hi @rjjalosjos1810,

I have seen this error before, like the error mentions this seems a limit of 5 of these trigger actions per user account.

In that previous thread I suggested to use a different account for the connection of the trigger action as a workaround. This way you should be able to setup more of this flows (5 per account).

I do appreciate this solution. However, it is not sustainable in the long run since I would have to transfer the flows to my colleagues. Is there any workaround for this? My concern is if my colleague transfers or resigns. It would affect the users.

    Hi @rjjalosjos1810,

I don't have another workaround atm, besides the one I shared (using multiple accounts to get another 5 instances of this action). Maybe somebody else has an idea?

Since it is a user limit of the Teams connector you might want to reach out to Microsoft support as well or create an idea in the https://ideas.powerautomate.com section for this?
