Is that the entire error message? That appears to be a GUID rather than an error message. Did you receive the error in a workflow? If so, can you share a screen shot of the action that failed from the flow run? That should provide additional information.
If the error said denied access, that is usually a permissions issue. You should check with one of the owners of the Planner to make sure they didn't change its permissions and who it has been shared with.
