This looks like a Zendesk-side OAuth/scope problem, not a Microsoft issue.

    The key clue is:

    Invalid scope

That means Power Automate is reaching Zendesk, but Zendesk is rejecting the OAuth authorization request.

If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

here is the reply got from zendesk regarding  this issue

    Dany (Zendesk Support)

    Hi Parveen,

Thank you for sending the screenshots. It looks like from the error it states "Create and authorize OAuth connection failed". I do want to note that the integration itself is outside the scope of our support as this is a 3rd party integration. Have you tried to contact Microsoft in regards to the issue?

I do want to note that I did assume into your account to review your current OAuth connections within the Admin Center. I can see only one OAuth client but it's currently marked as inactive.

Since the error you recieved states "Invalid Authorization Request", this typically means that that the scope or other parameters in your OAuth setup aren't matching what's expected.

Here are some steps to help fix this:
    - Double-check that the 'scope' value in your connection exactly matches what's registered in your app settings. Even small differences can cause this error.
    - Make sure the 'redirect_uri' in your request is identical to the one registered in your app, including any trailing slashes.
    - Review your OAuth request to confirm all required parameters are included and correctly formatted.
    - If your app is set as a 'public' client, you may also need to include a 'codechallenge' and 'codechallengemethod'.

Let me know once you've set up an OAuth Connection so that you can integrate Power Automate. Just to reiterate again, since this is out of scope of our support and Power Automate is created by Microsoft, it would be best to reach out to their support.

    Best,

You’re getting a Zendesk OAuth error in Microsoft Power Automate while trying to build a flow that creates tickets in Zendesk from Microsoft Teams messages.

    Main causes of the issue:
    • Incorrect Zendesk subdomain or login URL
    • Missing or misconfigured OAuth client in Zendesk
    • Redirect URL not added correctly (most common cause)
    • Browser/session issues (multiple logins, blocked cookies)
    • Zendesk API or OAuth access restricted by admin settings
    Fix approach:
    • Recreate the Zendesk connection in Power Automate
    • Verify Zendesk OAuth settings and redirect URL
    • Ensure required API scopes are enabled
    • Try in incognito mode with a single login session
    • If OAuth keeps failing, use Zendesk API token authentication instead

i have generated API TOKEN from zendesk , but iam trying to connect  zendesk from power automate. there is no option to add API token , it is only redirect to zendesk login portal.
