Hello everyone,
I'm facing an issue with Power Automate and would appreciate any help.
I have multiple desktop flows scheduled to run every hour, and they have been working without any issues until today.
This morning, I noticed that one of the processes had been running for over 8 hours. I logged into the VM to investigate, but there were no active processes running on the machine.
I then cancelled the run from Power Automate Cloud, and the cloud flow was successfully marked as cancelled. However, when I checked the desktop flow run, it was still showing a "Running" status.
When I attempted to cancel the desktop flow, I received a message indicating that the process was already completed or cancelled and therefore could not be stopped.
To resolve the issue, I have already tried the following:
Restarted the VM
Restarted Power Automate-related services/processes
Put the machine into Maintenance Mode
Unfortunately, none of these actions helped. The desktop flow still appears to be running, and all subsequent scheduled runs are now stuck in the queue.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows how to clear the stuck desktop flow run?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Shan
