Hi @CU10051019-0,

The / isn't a literal slash here. PAD uses .NET formatting where / just means "date separator" and gets swapped for whatever your Windows region uses, which is - on your machine. That's why you get 20-07-2026.

Escape it: type dd'/'MM'/'yyyy in the Custom Format box. The Sample will flip to slashes right away.

the slash in PAD's custom format string is treated as a locale-aware date separator, not a literal character, so it gets replaced based on the machine's regional settings. Wrapping it in single quotes (dd'/'MM'/'yyyy) forces it to render as an actual slash regardless of locale. Good catch.
