I am owner of Power Automate Desktop flow. When I share the flow with users (all without Premium license), all of them get the notification email saying they have been added. But not all of them can access the flow - some of them see the flow in the Desktop app, and some don't. There is no difference between the permissions or licenses between these users. How do I fix this? (I know the workaround of copying and pasting the actions of the flow - that is not the solution I am looking for)
