Conversational boost works fine for me when pointing at a public website, but when I try to provide an internal SharePoint URL, all it ever responds with is "I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"
Initially, I was receiving authentication errors while trying to test the bot. The docs make it sound like it should use the logged in user context during testing, but apparently it does not. I have configured it for authentication, which appears to be working during testing and publish, but I still can't get any responses back.
The URL's I have tried match the requirements, no more than two levels. Any thoughts on what I might be missing? I am using a trial account, if that matters.
