Agent shows 3 records only from AI Search as knowledge source

I have created an agent that uses combination of Azure SQL Database + AI Search + Azure OpenAI embeddings (vectorized). In the instructions of the agent, I have mentioned that all records that match the criteria should be shown, without limiting to sample or example rows.
Agent shows only 3 records while actual query may show 100+.
What change do I have to make and where is that change to be applied?

    @Subodh Sohoni,  Basis on my understanding the retrieval cap in Copilot Studio’s generative answers when the knowledge source is Azure AI Search (vectorized). Even if your backend Search query could return 1000+ results,
     
    The Copilot Studio typically only pulls a small Top‑N set (maximum 3-5 items) for grounding, then summarizes.
     
    I guess we are not having any feature or settings to override the limit to show all relevant records across.

    I am by no means an expert with Copilot Studio, so this could be why I don't understand what you're asking. I am currently working on a test project to develop my Copilot Studio skills and for exploring how to use different features. I've set up the agent using 37 Word documents that are the chapters of a book I am writing, so what I am sharing is no huge secret. 
     
    When you say, "Agent shows only 3 records while actual query may show 100+." are you referring to the results in the search sources?
    If so, then "3 records" refers to the sources searched, and "while actual query may show 100+" refers to the other sources searched over? Is the agent not returning the correct answer from the search sources?
     
    In the testing I have been doing with my agent, it has been pretty good at returning the correct information once I did some optimizations. And the responses, for me, will show the reference(s) that it used to generate the final output:
     
    If the response is correct, does it matter how many sources it searched or how many sources it searched over? I apologize if I am not understanding what you are asking.
