I trying to pass sharepoint property values into a table on an excel file stored on sharepoint. The automation executes successfully but when opening the file after the 6 minute "grace period" to make edits the values do not appear. I do notice that if I have the file open while the "Update a row" logic is running, the values populate in real time. Not sure if there is any way around this but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great!

NOTE: I did rebuild the automation with no success as well as set a delay for 1 minute after the file has been created from the template dropdown.
