Hi,
Kindly help me to fix my flow

My flow goes like this-
The user will fill the form. I am working with 2 questions that are important in the form.
1. Options of the department
2. Region of the department.

I have a SharePoint list created with respect to those 2 questions.

I have added a step Get items from the SharePoint list
Under filter query - Title eq '

replace(replace(outputs('Project_Collect_Response')?['body/r8d6c6c82813a44faa613de2a04cbfec9'],'["',''),'"]','')' and title eq '

replace(replace(outputs('Project_Collect_Response')?['body/rfba63fb0078c4c0fbba047deb228834c'],'["',''),'"]','')'

The objective of the filter query -
1st expression will collect response of Options of the department
2nd expression will collect the response of the Region of the department

& Get items works fine in my flow.

My next step is to send an email. (My flow runs successful but email is not delivered)

If the user chooses a department 'X' & region Global then flow must identify the 'X' team Global email address from the SharePoint list.
Even if the user chooses a department 'X' & region Global, EU, IND then flow must able to pick three email id's & send the mail.

Expression I used for TO -

outputs('Get_items_3')?['body/value']?[0]?['DepartmentDistroEmail']['US''']['EU']['IND']

I believe TO expression has some error in it.
