The process is:

Recruiters will add the submission(Record). There will be 1 record of submission. Submission can have interviews. Interviews can lead to placement. There is an incentive per interview and per placement. I have flags Yes/No for both interview and placement. In the gallery i group by using 'Created By' Column of SharePoint and count how many submission have interview flag YES. That way i get to know that how many interviews one recruiter got and count incentive based on that number. Same goes for placement.

Problem:

Interview in June, Placement can be in July. So i can't make the date filter work using group by. When i count both seprately like in the picture above. I can't sum the for particular recruiter. For eg. Luke has 3000 on left gallery and 4000 on right gallery. I need to send report which of all the item's in gallery like this:

Luke      7000

    If you need to use the date filter, why don't you set the values into hidden labels and then in your visible labels sum the separate values from each gallery?

    Let's say there is list of managers.

    My gallery is like this:

    Employee     Incentive     Manager Name     Incentive

    X                       10,000        Manager M             2000

    Y                       20,000        Manager Q             4000

    Z                       30,000        Manager M             6000

    When i send the report i need to send something like this:

    X                       10,000

    Y                       20,000

    Z                       30,000

    Manager Q             4000

    Manager M             8000

    How do i calculate sum of manager's incentive? I fetch manager using office365

    Are the galleries accessing the data sources directly or using collections?

    From the Data Source(Sharepoint List)

    Can you share the items properties on both galleries?

    Ok, i managed to show data in one gallery. Now there is another problem.

    For eg. Vince pat is in sales. He will get his own sales incentive. But he is also Gabriel and Anna's Team lead, so he will get 25% of their incentive. Same for John Doe. He gets his own sales and 25% of their subordinates.

    let's say

    Vince Patt 5000, Manager Aaron patt- 1250

    Anna 10000, Manager-Vince 2500

    Gabriel 5000, Manager-Vince 1250

    Michelle 12000,Manager- John Doe-3000

    When i click a button an email should be send which has this structure

    Anna 10000

    Gabriel 5000

    Michelle 12000

    Vince Patt-8750

    John Doe-3000

    Aaron patt- 1250

    So, HR will know the exact incentive for a person. Otherwise she'll have to manually calculate.

    Appreciate the help.

    Item property of gallery:

    Search(
     GroupBy(
     AddColumns(
     Filter(
     ITPathFinderSubmissionDetail,
     InterviewMonthForIncentive=Dropdown2.Selected.Value &&
     InterviewYearForIncentive=Dropdown2_1.Selected.Value
     ),
     "Recruiter",
     'Created By'.DisplayName
     ),
     "Recruiter",
     "DATA"
     ),
     SearchRecruiter.Text,
     "Recruiter"
    )

    All the number you see in picture are calculated on labels. They are not actual column in database. except for Employee name

    Will there be a situation where the manager of the manager gets % incentive based on his subordinate managers' incentive?
