i have a little question.
Do I have to go through the certification process when I will only use the connector internally? I am searching in Microsft Learn information.

It depends on the API you are using. If calling it requires authentication, then you need to set it up according to the requirements. Similarly, the need for authentication during usage also depends on the settings of this custom connector.

I believe you are referring to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/custom-connectors/certification-submission-ip
If yes, then your connector does not need to be certified or validated by Microsoft if you are not publishing it external to your organisation. However your enterprise IT may have their own DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policy - related to APIs that you may be calling - which may restrict you from publishing your custom connector.
