    Hey

Can you expand on the action so we can see more of the error?

    Best regards

    Hi Nived

Im trying to trigger manually and issue which i said got resolved i.e., error details. The specified object was not found in the store., Default folder Inbox not found. What i did to resolve is that in trigger i add connection reference as this service account so this one got sorted.

But flow is unable to extract email attachment and store in sharepoint document library. Kindly help

    Below error is new one:

Error details: As of May 6, 2020, shared mailbox support was added for certain operations with an optional 'Mailbox address' parameter, allowing you to specify a shared mailbox address for your operation to access. If you were using this operation prior to May 6, 2020, you will need to explicitly update your operations to specify the shared mailbox address.

Im using the service account and flow is failing only when incoming email has attachments and it fails to extracts email attachments into sharepoint document library ,other than that flow extracts From, To, CC from service account based email inbox details into sharepoint list as per below flow design

    Kindly help

Note: service account which i use will monitor another mailbox which is tes@xx.com email mail box
Monitor multiple mailboxes or calendars All If you want to configure a trigger to monitor multiple mailboxes or calendars, create a separate flow/LogicApp for each mailbox or calendar.

    Hi,

This defines the issue which you facing - you have to populate the mailbox address in the Get Attachments from Email action.

I hope this can resolve the issue.

@Nived- Yes i added the shared email box

    Below are the steps followed
We need to add new connection reference for the service account i.e serviceaccount@xx.com

To add service account by clicking new connection reference

Next ,we need to provide the shared email inbox details inside this trigger as provided below
