I am building a simple flow: when shared mailbox receive an email, trigger a reply to the sender.

Here is the reply action

As of May 6, 2020, shared mailbox support was added for certain operations with an optional 'Mailbox address' parameter, allowing you to specify a shared mailbox address for your operation to access. If you were using this operation prior to May 6, 2020, you will need to explicitly update your operations to specify the shared mailbox address. Please follow the Office 365 documentation for more information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#shared-mailbox-support

I don't quite understand this. What did I do wrong?

Re: Reply to email error when using shared mailbox

@Sa10 The originally accepted solution was correct.  What was not clear was in which step.

PROBLEM: When using email triggers on a shared inbox, get the error message: As of May 6, 2020 shared mailbox support was added for certain operations with an optional Mailbox address parameter, allowing you to specify a shared mailbox address for you operation to acess....etc, etc.
SOLUTION: The problem is not in the email trigger but in a subsequent action like Get Attachment or Read Email. There is an option in Advanced options that does not have a red astrik (indicated it is mandatory), but really the Original Mailbox address field is mandatory to get it to work.

I have the same error replying to emails with a shared mailbox.

    How was it solved?

Then I have no more idea - your trigger should work normally.

Yes, I'm able to open the shared mailbox from Outlook.

Can you open this shared mailbox from your Outlook being logged in as the same user as who runs a flow?

Could you show your flow? Where exactly you met this error?

I am still getting the same error.

"shared mailbox support was added for certain operations with an optional 'Mailbox address' parameter, allowing you to specify a shared mailbox address for your operation to access.
