I've add a mp4 video to my media, and the video will play on in the app on my Desktop and phone browsers. For some reason, it won't play in the PowerApps app. Does anyone know a reason for this?
I am having a similar issue with the exact screen that you have. However, this is happening only to one user of my app on a galaxy s5. Works fine with other users on the same phone...............
I am also having the same issue. I added an MP4 to the app, it shows the window and the control but no sound or image is displayed.
