It is possible to create an entity for PVA that is for attachments?

Entities inside PVA are only to store pre-built questions/answers.
If you want to work with attachments, you need to do the same as I recommended on this topic: Re: Power Virtual Agent - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Unfortunately, not yet.
I'm very interested in this feature to implement with no-code inside PVA.
