Hi,

I am working SP on prem 2019 and flow is used as well with gateway.

In one of the flows, I am using update file peroperties action and for some reason its not showing all fields part of the document library.

Below is the list of all fields present in doc library.

Document Type (General) and Document Type (Specific) lookup fields are not showing up at all.

What could be the reason, can someone please assist?

    @Anonymous

    In the file properties action, click on Show advanced options.  In the Limit Columns by view drop down, make sure that "Use all columns" is selected.

    Hi @Anonymous,

    I have tested on my side that creates a library with some lookup column, when update file properties, the lookup field will show up.

    Do you still have the problem? You can set the Limit columns by view just as below:

    I can see the last reply you post has an error, it may be a temporally problem, you could also share this part configuration to us.
