Generative Asnwers doesnt work after the last update on October 2023

I have a chat bot with generative answers in all bot and also into a topics. But after last update for PVA I have some problems with that.
I run my topics, but when I wait for a generative answers I don't receive anything.

My bot was created in English but when I published I changed my language to Spanish, also my region is Venezuela, and my license is Power Virtual Trial.

Do you know, what happens? It doesn't work after the last update from Microsoft

Hi,

The prerequisites to use generative answer capability include the following requirements:
1) The bot must be created in the US region.
2) Other regions, and languages other than English is not supported.
