We were thinking about a solution with A primary chatbot that can pass off certain inputs to more specialized chatbots potentially inside topics with certain triggers. Is this possible? I did read that we can't do it as a skill. Is there any other way to do it? I would much appreciate any feedback.
Hi @BenStoneGCU , can you elaborate on the use case? What is it you are trying to achieve?
We normally don't recommend this design due to complications arising from dependencies.
@adilei Is the design possible for us though? Even if it's not recommended. We would like to know if that functionality is possible. But we wouldn't mind getting some input on the dependency complications
We would like to do this to make sure certain chatbots only hit certain parts of our Sharepoint knowledge base so that we can ensure the proper responses there and that we don't get responses outside of those documents. Then, if we need information from a different knowledge base, we redirect to a different chatbot
Theoretically speaking, you could onboard multiple copilots as skills in a Bot Framework bot., but I would not follow that route before exhausting other options. For example, have you explored creating multiple Gen Answers nodes pointing to different sites?
