Issues with user list in Combo Box (Power Apps) and SharePoint List

Hello,

I have a Power App that connects to a SharePoint list. The purpose of this app is to collect questions and suggestions submitted by the members of the Sharepoint.

My SharePoint List:

The SharePoint List permissions are set to Contribute for all users but the owners.

--The users in this list are part of the Members group.

My Issue:

The Submitted by ComboBox is not listing the members of the SharePoint. This column is set to Person or Group and Choose from: SharePoint Group (SharePoint group members). If I change this to Choose from: All users, it works but I don't want it to list everyone in the company. How can I make it default to the logged in user or at least only list the SharePoint members?

Hi

You can try to add the data source Office265Group, then call the group in the combo box items

Office365Groups.ListGroupMembers("<Groupid>").value. you can find the group id in entra or the Office Admin Center

When u use a combo box, you can see the people from the group
