Hi,
This one employee wants to submit a form but every time he fills it out it says "Data source invalid" and if he tries again it says "no access" I tried making several other forms and giving him permission rights to it but it doesn't seem to work for him still. I dont know what else to do

The user needs permission in two places.
1. Share the PowerApp to the user (you've likely done this)
2. Give the user permission to access the SharePoint list (do this using the Share button)
If you are not using SharePoint you'll have to figure out how to give the user access using that datasource.
