Authentication error while connecting data in Dynamics 365 Financials

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate Dynamics 365 Financials and Outlook. We are successfully able to create Connection for D365 Financials, but the connector is unable to fetch pages. It is throwing the following error:

Could not retrieve values. Credentials are missing or not valid. inner exception: The credentials provided for the Dynamics 365 for Financials source are invalid.

Hi,
Status of Connection for D365 Financials is displaying as Connected. We created connection using both password and webservice key.

Both the connections are not able to retrieve the pages/tables of D365 Finacials.

Hi Anjali,

First make sure that you can access your D365 Financials page successfully. Then make sure that you have filled the field right.
