Sorry I didn't spot your video reply before. I've been learning this one too and can now see why the button isn't being pressed on the form. From reading other posts and playing around with the tool, I cannot get the button to press if I am using the Web UI Element but if I capture the button as a Form UI Element it works all of the time.
Hopefully this makes sense if I share the following:

The disabled step fails (which is a Web UI) but the Window UI works. In order for me to grab this button I used a new trick that I picked up - when you are hovering over an element you want to capture, hold the ctrl button and scroll on your mouse, this would navigate through the various elements in that area. I eventually found the Window UI Element called "Button 'Submit'".
Here are the UI Elements that I tried - I even tried to simplify the web elements using the editor but just couldn't get it to work.
