Hi,

I am trying to export my agent, But even though with licences. I am unable to export my agent. As my agent got corrupted. I want to make a copy of it. Can some please help on this.

If your Copilot Studio agent is corrupted and you’re unable to export it—even with the correct licenses—try these steps:

1. Duplicate the Agent:
In Copilot Studio, look for a “Duplicate” or “Copy” option in the agent’s settings or actions menu.

If available, this creates a new copy without exporting.

2. Restore from Previous Version:
Check if Copilot Studio offers version history or restore options.

If so, revert to a previous, uncorrupted version and then export or duplicate.

3. Export via Solution (Power Platform):
If your agent is part of a solution, try exporting the entire solution from the Power Platform admin center. Go to Solutions → select your solution → Export.

4. Manual Recreation:
If duplication/export fails, manually recreate the agent:

Copy topics, flows, and connector settings into a new agent.
