Same account, but no connection

I'm new to PAD and the first issue I ran into: Whilst logged in with my outlook account, I created a Form, which I want to auto respond. So I start PAD and first I'm asked to login. When doing so I get an error, stating I cannot login with that same account.....  What am I doing wrong?error_msn.jpg

    Dear Srini,007,

     

    Thanks for the reply, but I only have ONE account; the one I used. So  I don't have a clue how to to connect to the tennant with another account.
