Hi @Shahebaz_1

You mean Workplace by Meta? If so, there is not required to create another application through Power Apps
Because already Microsoft 365 covers the same For Eg: For Chat, Video calls, you can use Teams in Office365, like that you can have different variety of products you can explore in Office 365 suite

For Power Automate to Integrate with Workplace means, I can say YES, because you use HTTP call which workplace also provides
