Get Emails from Shared Mailbox

Hi All,

I'm trying to get emails from a shared mailbox using the 'Get Emails' action.

As I understand from a completed idea on the forum and this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#shared-mailbox-support this is now supposed to work.

I have a mailbox that I have access to (works on outlook) and trying to use this setup to get emails. In the future I require a specific filter but for now just trying to pull the top 10 without any filter to see if it works.

When running the flow I get an error:

The full error is:

The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

@Anonymous I check the Connector you are using and I am also unable to find a way . Also In my case Connector is pointing to the default Mail Boxes and I am unable to change .
I reckon the document you refereed is for another connector called "Send Email from Shared Mail Box" but at this stage I reckon its still not possible to get emails from Shared Mailbox using OOB way.

That idea combined with this documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#shared-mailbox-support makes it very clear that this should work. If you don't have a solution then I will open it as a bug with support.

@ajdhingr It's now working as expected.
Assuming it just took some time for the API to start working from my account to this Mailbox. I will keep monitoring and see if the error occurs again.

Wow. this is really interesting. In that case I am unsure why I am unable to see my Shared mail box from Get Mail connector. I will check this again. Thanks for sharing
