Meeting recording distribution

I am new to the world of Power automate. I was wondering if the following process can be automated.
 
So I frequently have to host meetings, then save the recordings in a specified SharePoint location as well as distribute the recording in an email to all of the attendees. Is there a way to automate this whole process? I already use the automatic recording and transcription function but it is everything downstream from this that I was wondering about. I have seen comments about automating distribution to teams channels but this would have to be distributed through email so is slightly different.

    Assuming you have a document library, you could add the file to the library, and then have a Flow trigger OnCreate to send the email(s). The tricky part is finding the correct meeting members in which to send it. This could be a SharePoint security group, if there is a consistent roster, else, you'll need a list of Meeting Participants for each meeting.
