Vibe Power Apps - sharepoint list added to Data, disappears after sometime

Hi,

I have successfully added two previous sharepoint lists using vibe powerapps into App#1.  I am trying to add a 3rd sharepoint list to App#1 in the Data section.  The list momentarily appears in Data, when "View Data" is clicked, I can see the data but after a while, it disappears.

I created a dummy App#2 and tried adding the 3rd sharepoint list.  It did not disappear.  I tried adding one of the two existing sharepoint lists already added in App#1 and I see the same issue of it disappearing from App#2 Data section.

I tried creating a simpler sharepoint list with 2 columns, "Title" and another single text column.  Adding this to any of the apps, it still disappears.

I used two different browsers, Chrome and Edge, both of them showing the same issue.

I tried adding the sharepoint list and then tried updating the app.  The sharepoint disappeared even before the app was updated.

Also tried incognito browser window / deleting browser cache, same issue.

Can anyone suggest anything else to check?

Hi @RS-29060037-0, this is a known Vibe Power Apps behavior, not a SharePoint issue.
Data sources you add MANUALLY get flushed when Vibe re-runs its schema
generation. That's why the pattern repeats across simpler lists,
    browsers, and incognito.
Step 1 —> Save the app IMMEDIATELY after adding the SharePoint list.
Ctrl+S the moment it appears in Data. This locks the connection
into the app definition before Vibe's next background regen.
Step 2 —> Add the data source from classic Studio, not the Vibe editor.
       make.powerapps.com → Apps → your app → three dots → Edit (this
opens classic Studio). Manual data-source additions persist there.
Note: switching back to the Vibe editor after this can overwrite
the change on its next regen — pick one editor as the source of
       truth.
Step 3 —> If Steps 1–2 don't hold, wrap the app + SharePoint
connection reference in a Solution. Solution-managed connection
       refs survive Vibe's regen cycle.

Vibe is best for INITIAL scaffolding; classic Studio is best for
maintaining or adding data sources. If it persists, raise a Microsoft
support ticket, Vibe is still in preview and they're patching this
class of issue in maintenance releases.

    Hope this unblocks you.
