Any one tried to integrate PVA with a custom Hub?
In my case scenario, when a customer ask for a live agent conversation request. That request will be sent to Genesys UI using Guest Web Chat API, created in a queue. When the Live agent accept the conversation request a Websocket will handle the conversation sent to the PVA Chat widget and also the Gnesys Ui chat widget for the live agent.
I have all the prerequisites in terms of API Calls and so on but I'm wondering if that can be feasible?
