Hi!
I am trying to create a monthly report which extracts the data from a Sharepoint list to an Excel Workbook. I managed to extract all the data except for the Multi-line field.. it is appearing as null, when in fact it contains data.
Am I missing any required setting? Thank you in advance to Anyone who can assist/comment on this issue 🙂
Would you mind sharing the whole flow chart? Might help me in my creation of my own.
Thank you eric! This worked!
Hi @yojie ,
Can you please try the HTML to text action and see if it removes all the HTML syntax?
The blog outputted into a webpage which is why the HTML is formatted nicely.

Dear Eric,
I have tried the suggested solution, it works in some extent. The problem is that i populate this view into an Excel sheet and it is showing as below, which is not user-friendly:
I was hoping that it would look the same as per the blog:
Would you be able to advise if there are any additional formatting i can do prior to populating it to Excel via Add row?
Thank you in advance for any recommendation you may have 🙂
Hi Eric,
Yes, I have enabled the Append to existing text. Thank you for this, i will check out this blog and update if it solved my problem 🙂
Thanks once again!
Hi @yojie ,
Do you have Append changes to existing text enabled for your column?
If so, have a look at this blog.
