We have a Prod environment, where we define a security group for this environment named PA_Developer, as follow:-

and i added our IT manager inside this group + i granted our IT manager this security role:-

so will our IT manager be able to do those actions:-

1) View the run history for all the flows, even if they were not explicitly shared with the user as co-owner?

2) Edit all the flow , even if they were not explicitly shared with the user as co-owner?

Can user with "Power Platform administrotor" permision access and edit all flows
