API 'sharepointonline' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'Forbidden'.

My Flows have stopped working today.   They are all within one solution and it all seems around the Get Item / Update Item for SharePoint .   Note the App/s that use the same env variables all seem to work fine.
 
Another day lost chasing up PA bugs,
 
full errors

    BTW  all seems good when i go back to Classic PF designer.  Only seems a problem in 'New Designer'  but i need this to all work in New Desginer for my Solution.
