Unable to add "Ask a question" action to the authoring canvas

Hi everyone,

I'm just testing out the Power Virtual Agent functionality, but i unable to see "As a question" option in my authoring canvas. My available options are totally different compare to the person who demo it in ignite. Is this because my tenant haven't been updated with the latest release?

The options that i can see are:

End with survey
Bots says
Action
Go to
Transfer to agent

The options that they demo are:

Ask a question
Call an action
Show a message
Go to another topic
End the conversation >

Any guidance around this will be grateful.

Hi,

Once you enter some "Bot Says" text you should see the "user says" option

Hi @mugilan,

The demo was done with dogfood version of Power Virtual Agents. The new structure for authoring nodes is coming soon to the product. What do you think about the old vs new one? Any feedback?

Hi @mivakoc ,

The new one look more friendly but i can give more feedback after i try out the new features.
Do you know when i can get the new version on my dev tenant?

Hi Michael,

I have see a few tweeks to the UI but nothing major as yet. I do have transfer to agent option but cannot get that to work with Omichannel as yet.
