Hi, Could anyone suggest me?

We have two PAD flows running on different VMS. They were working great since last Thursday and suddenly started giving weird errors for Failed to encrypt and decrypt credentials. I have seen the solution to reinstalling the PAD that resolved that weird error.

But Now from Thursday onwards Both the Unattended flows are working extremely slowly. Working fine from the last 1 year and suddenly it is working extremely slowly. 
Does anyone have any idea about it and how can I get them back working like before?

    Have you updated the system?
    Is it a specific part of the script that runs slowly or is it the script in general?
    If you run it in Debug mode what happens then?
    Have there been any changes on the vms?
    Does the Vm's report any problems like memory, or cpu usage?
