Power automate flow not being triggered from copilot studio

I have this copilot studio topic where I am uploading a file directly to the chat and then using the OneDrive for business create file action to create the file in my OneDrive.
The file is being created successfully, and the topic is reaching the power automate flow action node, however it's not triggering.

In my flow I am populating a word template and then using the send email action in the flow to send it as an attachment.

I tried running the flow manually and it is working just fine.

As you can see here it is reaching the power automate flow action but it is not triggering.

I tried different flows where I had populate word template action and send an email action together and they also did not trigger, however manual testing was working successfully.

Has anyone else encountered the same issue?

Have you ever created a connection reference for the flow you want to run?

By default Agent Flows run on the connection reference of the user interacting with the agent, so if your flow hasn't asked you to create a connection reference, then it probably won't run. It runs in a test because it uses the connection reference already set up when you built the agent.

Thanks for your reply, I already solved the issue.

There is this new tab in Copilot studio agent settings called connection settings.

From there I connected to the flow, and it worked.
