PVA - Let User Input Multiple values

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I would like to ask the user of my PVA to input multiple values .

e.g. Ask User to enter the list of accounts that needs to be disabled.  User may input 2 or more accounts .

Can the PVA accept multiple inputs like a array so that i can pass each of those values to Power Automate and disable the users.

    Hello @dsab81 ,

Power Virtual Agents does not support list variables or a way to manage multiple replies at once like this today. We understand the usage and are working to bring this functionality in the future.

In the mean time, you can build your topic in this way to accomplish the same:

    1) Ask the user for the account they need to disable

    2) Call Power Automate and add it to a list of accounts to be disabled / disable the account

    3) Ask the user if they have another account they need to disable

4.1) If the user says "Yes", loop back to 1)

4.2) If the user says "No", continue with the remainder of the topic

    I hope this helps

Thanks. How do we loop back (at 4.1) without having to add a separate action node each time, he says 'YES'.

If possible can you share me a short video clip?
